- Altium Designer gives you many fabrication output options for pcb layouts, including Gerber X2 files How to Generate Gerber Files and Other Manufacturing Data Once the PCB designer has completed the design, Gerber files or other formats such as DXF files are used to communicate the image details of the design to the PCB fabrication vendor.
- Eagle (and others) in conjunction with CircuitCam (LPKF) software can be used to generate output for LPKF. CircuitCam also works with other PCB software. It is outlined here: Eagle PCB - LPKF Milling Machine Mini-How-To.
Most general layout software output the design of the layout in a gerber format. One unfortunate part of using PCB artist is that Advanced Circuits requires you to purchase the PCB through the company and therefor does not supply the user with the gerber file.

This will involve performing DFM (Design for Manufacturability) checks, generating output Gerber files, and sending your output files to a board fabricator.
